About Yoga Moments
Hey Kitchener Waterloo, I'm Janice. I'm a yoga instructor, respiratory therapist, mentor/coach, speaker and general well-being advocate.
Yoga Moments was started from the belief that yoga isn't just for a specific body type and it doesn't have to be a full 60 or 90 minute class.
It can be a moment.
Yoga starts on the inside. It should be easy and it should feel good. It's not the poses or asanas. It's the connection we build with ourselves over time.
Yoga Moments is a place for those who don't know where to start and for those well on their way. I specialize in yoga that is more about understanding and tuning into yourself so you can feel your best, your healthiest and most joyful. Moment by moment, shift by shift that suits you and your schedule.
It doesn't matter if these shifts happen on the mat, at home or at work. Whatever you need, I've got your back, your health and your well-being. I specialize in bringing yoga and wellbeing to you in a way that works for you and brings big, positive change!
