Because you asked for it, I am hosting another Intro to Yoga Workshop! For Frontline workers or anyone who thinks "I'd like to try yoga but I don't want to look like a goof!"
The Intro to Yoga is for everyone who would love to try yoga without feeling silly or holding up a class! It's also great for those wanting to go deeper into the foundations to support their practice.

Who am I?
I'm Janice, a yoga instructor, respiratory therapist and founder of Yoga Moments. I've studied kinesiology and respiratory therapy so my adult focus has been movement and breathing. Yoga just made sense. I've worked for over six years at a hospital in Kitchener, ON and I get it: I get frontline work, I get working shifts and strange hours plus the emotional toll of what you see and of not being with family. I also get it from the perspective of patients: it can be hard to start moving, to overcome health issues and to build up your strength especially when you don't know where to start.
I promise: I've got you! My promise is that if you show up, you are going to find new ways to support yourself and feel amazing without having to put too much effort in. You were designed for this! Let's make it fun and easy again!
